📋 Description

• Manage and review tax compliance and planning projects for individuals and businesses. • Collaborate with firm leaders on client service initiatives and tax advisory strategies. • Supervise and mentor staff accountants, offering feedback, coaching, and professional development. • Ensure adherence to professional standards and stay current with changing tax regulations. • Leverage technology to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members across locations. • Foster strong client relationships through proactive support and consistent communication.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA license required. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Minimum of 2 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax. • Proven leadership skills with an interest in advancement toward Partner level. • Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
