📋 Description

• Support the definition and documentation of product requirements and user stories. • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination. • Gather and summarize customer feedback, enhancement requests, and product issues. • Participate in customer interviews and market research activities to better understand scientific workflows and customer needs. • Help track product adoption, customer engagement, and usage metrics. • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge resources. • Collaborate with engineering, content, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Interest in scientific software, data products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or technology-enabled research solutions. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environment. • Ability to learn technical and scientific concepts and communicate them clearly.
