• Build and maintain partnerships with leading universities and student organizations across the CEE region. • Identify and participate in key events — competitions, conferences, and meetups — where Wincent should be present (globally). • Take ownership of community initiatives end-to-end — from concept to execution — ensuring they align with Wincent’s hiring and brand goals. • Manage budgets for sponsorships, events, and community projects to ensure resources are used effectively and strategically. • Track, measure, and report on the impact of community activities — from engagement metrics to talent pipeline outcomes — and present results to leadership. • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Marketing, Quant, and Engineering) to synchronize messaging and outreach. • Scout and connect with exceptional individuals — Olympiad participants, top programmers, and talented researchers — and introduce them to Wincent. • Design creative campaigns that make Wincent known and respected in the tech and math communities. • Develop Dragon Byte into the most recognized coding challenge in Europe.
