• Strategic and operational management of international DIY customers • Central point of contact for customers and active development of long-term partnerships • Maintenance and strategic development of existing customer relationships • Development of tailored offers and innovative marketing concepts • Planning and conduct of terms and annual review meetings • Management and optimization of the product assortment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Key Account Manager in the DIY sector • Proven track record in building and developing customer relationships • Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a strong customer orientation • Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification • Solid IT skills, particularly in Excel • Experience with data analysis tools is an advantage • Proficiency in German and English
