📋 Description

• Create modern, elegant, and intuitive mobile and web experiences from initial concept through polished interface • Transform sketches and user journeys into high-fidelity, interactive, and functional prototypes • Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate alternatives, prototype, and iterate faster • Use AI-assisted coding and prototyping to bridge design and implementation • Create and evolve scalable Design Systems using components, variants, variables, tokens, and reusable interaction patterns • Structure designs, components, and Figma files for effective implementation by developers and AI coding agents • Experiment with Figma MCP, Code Connect, design-to-code, and agentic design workflows

• Creativity and ability to turn ideas into experiences • Product thinking and understanding of problems, users, and journeys • Curiosity about new tools, interaction models, and design methods • AI-native workflow using AI for thinking, exploring, designing, prototyping, and building • Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and usability • Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Tokens, prototyping, and Design Systems • Ability and willingness to use AI-assisted development tools to create functional prototypes • Ability to learn quickly, experiment constantly, and adapt to changing tools and workflows • Experience or proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Design Systems, Prototyping, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Figma AI, AI Agents, Claude Code, Replit, Design-to-Code, Figma MCP, Code Connect, and Agentic Design
