📋 Description

• Responsible for generating revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach • Conducts research on prospects to improve chances of providing value • Conducts pre-sales activities to gain understanding of customer's needs • Negotiates and closes sales by effectively communicating WM's value proposition • Adheres to established and approved WM sales processes • Presents WM products and services using a consultative approach • Adjusts sales technique depending on nature of the prospect • Overcomes objections during sales negotiations • Facilitates agreement to a sales solution • Conducts post-sale administrative work for successful implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) • 1 year of relevant work experience required • Proficient in MS Office Suite and a CRM • Devising Sales Approaches and Solutions • Expanding and Advancing Opportunities • Communicate with Impact • Influence and Negotiating Sales • Planning and Organization • Results Driven
