🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive experience in private, public, not-for-profit, or consulting organizations • Led complex, cross-enterprise strategies, change initiatives, or multidimensional projects that improved performance • Depth in areas such as strategy, organizational design, change management, culture and engagement, project management, or process improvement • Strong relationship management, facilitation, research, content development, and executive-level communication skills • An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow your own practice
