📋 Description

• Design and build scalable web applications and APIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js • Develop and maintain Node.js backends with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs • Contribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems • Partner with product managers and designers to deliver thoughtful solutions • Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions • Participate in and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling • Support and mentor new career engineers • Build features that capture and connect relationships across the entertainment industry • Implement modern CRM workflows replacing fragmented legacy tools and spreadsheets • Develop AI-powered features surfacing insights from operational data • Build and maintain APIs and services for complex deal and workflow management • Migrate legacy applications into modern web-based systems

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of solid software engineering experience • Strong full-stack development experience building modern web applications • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js • Backend experience with Node.js, building services and APIs • Experience designing and working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL • Experience with cloud infrastructure; AWS or Azure preferred • Familiarity with containerized workloads using Docker; Kubernetes a plus • Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts; Terraform a plus • Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps • Strong product instincts and collaborative mindset • Comfortable working in environments where systems and processes are still evolving
