📋 Description

• Responsible for the Project Management of the EROS migration projects. • Responsible for Month-end Support including monitoring jobs and resolving issues related to jobs. • Assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions. • Manage the Copyright application projects like new versions implementation. • Execute the EROS Copyright Change Management process. • Support for Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years proven music industry and royalty functional experience, both artist and copyright. • Proven experience working with complex music and royalty data migrations. • Large systems development and implementation project management experience. • Experience managing 3rd party contractors and offshore development resources is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills and ability to validate complex analysis and data reconciliations. • Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives within a matrix organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team player who can cooperate/collaborate with business unit and Technology Teams. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office and Google Tools (Docs and Sheets).
