• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Biochemistry, or related fields. • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development. • A strong advantage is technical or leadership experience in clinical analysis laboratories, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the sector and its particularities. • Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. • Analytical and strategic capability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. • Proactivity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility for client success.
