📋 Description

• Build trusting and meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders, often at Director or Senior Director level • Perform deep market analytics and research using available WNS tools • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for individual projects • Drive sourcing execution and stakeholders' alignment on the journey • Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract negotiations with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts (the average project budget is 200k - 5m eur) • Lead and support the client's legal team in contract authoring and negotiation, including knowledge of standard contract structures and critical terms • Manage time, able to actively lead several projects at any time and self-prioritize daily work • Demonstrate high resilience and ability to navigate in frequently changing environment with no leadership on the client's side • Measure value, report performance, engage Legal support and implement sourcing initiatives using a suite of advanced sourcing. Risk management, contracting, cost savings methodology, partner engagement
