📋 Description

• Responsible for driving growth by acquiring net new logo customers and driving upsell opportunities within your assigned territory • Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and exceed sales targets • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of the customer organization • Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos that address specific business challenges • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with moderate autonomy and strategic insight • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution • Provide input into forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years in a quota-carrying, full sales cycle role • Proven success in acquiring net new logo customers and expanding existing accounts through upsell strategies • Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and decision-making processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences • Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales approaches • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of accounts and activities • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
