• A degree in business or communication studies, or a comparable qualification • At least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in an agency environment or a similar setting and role • You bring market, customer, and brand understanding and have experience leading digital projects and campaigns • Business acumen, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset characterize you • You have a highly structured and self-reliant working style • As a Senior, initial experience in providing professional guidance or leadership to team members is desirable • You maintain oversight and manage confidently even when handling many concurrent projects and differing requirements across countries • You are a team player and possess strong communication skills in exchanges with colleagues and clients • Fluent German is required; good English skills are an advantage
