• Manage the executive’s calendar across time zones, coordinating meetings, events, and reminders. • Screen, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO or executive team, ensuring timely communication. • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports. • Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries to support decision-making and client outreach. • Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems with precision and discretion. • Answer and route calls professionally, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist with the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up tasks. • Provide support on special projects and executive-level personal tasks, as needed.
• At least 2 years of experience working as an executive assistant for CEOs or high-profile managers. • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail • Advanced written and spoken English skills (including top grammar skills) - Scores C1&C2 • Detail-oriented • Appropriate work-from-home environment • FT availability (40 hours a week) • Excellent relationship skills • Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have: • Experience working with CRM systems • Experience working from home • Good time management • Experience working with US-based companies • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure • Self-motivated
