📋 Description

• Support delivery of complex technology initiatives involving application modernization, system enhancements, connectivity solutions, and digital service implementations • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements • Develop business and technical specifications • Review and re-engineer business processes • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements • Facilitate stakeholder consultations and business process improvement sessions • Support systems and software design • Develop business architecture and database models • Coordinate project meetings • Track deliverables, risks, issues, and timelines • Prepare project documentation and status reports • Bridge communication between business and technical teams • Support iterative development • Identify training requirements • Contribute to delivery of complex software solutions across n-tier environments
