📋 Description

• Support complex technology modernization and service-delivery initiatives within a public-sector environment • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership • Analyze business needs and define business and technical requirements • Improve business processes and support process development, improvement, and re-engineering • Support delivery of complex technology solutions • Contribute to secure technology infrastructure initiatives within correctional facilities • Contribute to video visitation services, system integration, process modernization, and digital service delivery enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements from diverse stakeholder groups • 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements • 4+ years of experience facilitating and managing business process development, process improvement, or process re-engineering • 3+ years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications • 1+ year of experience working with correctional facility systems or correctional business processes • Strong experience with business and technical analysis within complex IT environments • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions
