📋 Description

• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements • Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of IBM ELM and Ketryx platforms • Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions • Improve requirements management, traceability, change management, and engineering workflows • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and business process improvement • Support system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Prepare functional documentation, business requirements, and user training materials • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant within R&D or engineering technology environments • Hands-on experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) • Experience with Ketryx for product development lifecycle management, traceability, or compliance • Understanding of requirements management, engineering lifecycle processes, and change control • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
