📋 Description

• Support a large-scale Clinical Information System (CIS) implementation within the Canadian healthcare sector • Work closely with clinical stakeholders, healthcare providers, subject matter experts, project teams, and technical teams • Gather requirements and analyze healthcare workflows • Develop clinical standards • Support implementation and validation of CIS solutions • Facilitate workshops with healthcare providers to identify business requirements, system requirements, user stories, and use cases • Collaborate with Clinical SMEs, healthcare providers, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders • Manage multiple project streams and activities simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience working with Patient Access, Registration, and Scheduling processes • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, use-case analysis, workshop facilitation, detailed solution/design activities, and business analysis documentation • 5+ years of experience working with acute-care healthcare information systems such as EHR/CIS • 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare information system/CIS implementation projects • Demonstrated experience working within a Canadian acute-care healthcare environment • Experience specifically related to Patient Access / Registration / Scheduling in a healthcare environment • Must be available to start around October 12, 2026, or earlier if possible • Must be willing and able to travel to New Brunswick at least once per month • Preferred: 6+ years of Clinical Business Analyst experience involving Patient Access, Registration, and Scheduling • Experience with one or more of CPOE, Order Sets, Clinical Documentation, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, or Laboratory • Experience facilitating workshops with healthcare providers to identify business requirements, system requirements, user stories, and use cases • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French • Ability to manage multiple project streams and activities simultaneously • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams • Experience with Atlassian JIRA in a project environment • Previous experience working with public health authorities
