📋 Description

• Provide project and service coordination for digital health initiatives • Support digital health initiatives and health system partners across Saskatchewan • Coordinate digital health services and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and health system partners • Support service management activities, including operational coordination following implementation • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate enhancements to existing projects supporting long-term digital transformation • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, consensus building, and cross-functional coordination • Support project management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery tracking • Track benefits realization and ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational and provincial objectives • Act as a centralized coordination resource across multiple digital health projects • Work between business/stakeholder teams and technical/IT teams • Provide administrative support when required

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Digital Health Services Coordinator • Ability to coordinate digital health services and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and health system partners • Service management and operational coordination following implementation • Ability to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ability to coordinate enhancements to existing projects supporting long-term digital transformation • Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, consensus building, and cross-functional coordination • Project management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery tracking • Ability to track benefits realization and align initiatives with organizational and provincial objectives • Ability to act as a centralized coordination resource across multiple digital health projects • Ability to work effectively between business/stakeholder teams and technical/IT teams • Administrative support skills
