📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Ketryx implementation initiatives within a regulated product development environment • Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, Ketryx configuration and workflow coordination, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and timely delivery • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests • Coordinate cross-functional teams and implementation activities • Support user training and documentation • Ensure project deliverables meet business and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Ketryx implementation and project management experience • Ketryx configuration, workflows, and system integration • Project planning, scheduling, and delivery management • Requirements gathering and business process analysis • Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination • Risk, issue, dependency, and change management • System implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live support • Data migration and integration coordination • User training, documentation, and change adoption • Experience in regulated environments, preferably medical devices or life sciences • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Agile/Scrum project management experience • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams
