📋 Description

• Support administration, configuration, integration, data migration, and ongoing optimization of Jira and related SaaS platforms • Work with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders • Analyze ambiguous requirements and identify dependencies and risks • Configure system workflows, permissions, fields, automations, integrations, and user access • Ensure effective system performance • Map, cleanse, migrate, reconcile, and validate data between systems • Troubleshoot REST API and integration issues involving JSON and authentication • Support testing and data validation • Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation • Use approved AI-enabled tools for documentation, data analysis, test-case development, troubleshooting, and workflow automation, while validating outputs and following data-handling and governance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Atlassian Jira / SaaS Application Administration • Jira workflows, permissions, user access, custom fields, and automations • SaaS integrations and license management • REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration troubleshooting • Data migration, data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation • Advanced Excel / Airtable and tabular data analysis • SQL and basic scripting for data investigation and troubleshooting • Requirements analysis and analytical problem-solving • System configuration, testing, and issue resolution • Cross-functional communication and technical documentation • AI-enabled tools for documentation, data analysis, testing, and workflow automation • Data governance and validation of AI-generated outputs • Dependency, risk, and issue identification • Experience working with ambiguous requirements and changing priorities
