📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to projects that modernize the desktop application, web services, and core architecture for ShareGate Migrate • Partner with other developers to design, implement, and deliver solutions end-to-end • Collaborate with feature teams to ensure platform improvements meet their needs • Support and improve build infrastructure and delivery pipelines • Take ownership of technical direction and help structure the team’s ways of working • Mentor and support junior developers in planning and execution • Propose and drive impactful improvements that raise the standard for the whole department • Spend weekly time coding, reviewing, coaching developers, and leading design; guide projects from concept through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in mobile or desktop development, ideally in a product-oriented environment • Experience in full-stack web development and operating services in the cloud (Azure preferred) • Strong command of C# and the .NET ecosystem • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) • Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm • Experience with MongoDB • Experience with WPF and desktop application development • Comfortable with ambiguity: ask questions, make proposals, and move forward without everything perfectly defined • Autonomous and organized: prioritize time, take ownership, and drive projects to completion with attention to quality • Mentorship: help junior developers grow by sharing knowledge and giving feedback
