📋 Description
• Own the Microsoft partnership end-to-end • Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams • Activate and optimize Microsoft programs • Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing • Expand ShareGate's presence across Microsoft's partner ecosystem • Act as the internal authority on Microsoft's priorities • Track and report on partnership performance
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem; • Strong knowledge of co-sell models and Microsoft marketplace dynamics; • Deep understanding of MACC agreements and partner programs; • Established network within Microsoft (field, PDMs, partner teams, executives); • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships; • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; • Action-oriented mindset with comfort in ambiguity;
