📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or customer concerns • Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns when necessary • Assist with sales inquiries, product/service recommendations, and follow-ups • Process customer requests, documentation, appointments, orders, or account updates • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM or internal systems • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are properly addressed • Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality • Meet established customer service, productivity, and quality targets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant customer service or client-facing experience preferred • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other business software • Good attention to detail and documentation skills • Able to work independently while being a strong team player • Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes • Experience supporting US, Australian, or international clients • Experience with CRM, ticketing, phone, or healthcare/insurance platforms • Sales or upselling experience • Experience working remotely or with international teams
