📋 Description

• Provide single-session telephone and video consultations, immediate support, and crisis management. • Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitability for short-term therapy. • Manage high-risk situations, collaborating with clients and referring them to appropriate resources. • Appropriately refer clients to external resources or within the WPO as part of our holistic approach. • Develop clear, concise treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation. • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of care and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health (social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field). • Fluent in English and French. • At least 2 years of direct client-facing experience in psychological support or mental health services. • Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term therapy modalities such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, integrative therapy, or systemic therapy. • Training in emergency intervention and support for high-risk clients is an asset. • Ability to work with clients experiencing substance use issues, in crisis, exhibiting mental health symptoms, or facing relationship/family difficulties.
