• Provide grant management and advisory support for high-quality execution, risk management, intended outcomes, donor commitments, and contractual obligations • Oversee implementation progress and ensure results and donor reports are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with donor requirements • Design and operationalize reporting and learning processes • Apply Results-Based Management approaches and tools to track objectives, outputs, and outcomes • Coordinate or contribute to grant deliverables, including start-up workshops, partner agreements, workplans, donor reports, annual reviews, evaluations, and close-out activities • Document and share project achievements and insights through meetings, donor engagement, academic forums, and communications • Support assessments, surveys, evaluations, and MEAL system establishment with WVC MEAL and technical specialists • Support preparation, review, and negotiation of donor contracts and amendments with Grant Finance and Legal teams • Monitor financial performance, expenditures, cash flow, overhead recovery, financial risks, and funding timelines, and flag issues requiring corrective action • Collaborate across Program & Policy, the World Vision Partnership, Field Offices, Regional Offices, the Global Centre, peer consultants, and internal teams
• University degree in international development, community/social development, business development, or a related field • 5–7 years of demonstrated experience managing or advising on institutional donor-funded international grants and projects • Strong experience applying Results-Based Management approaches and designing or supporting Monitoring & Evaluation systems • Proven experience supporting or coordinating remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams delivering development projects • Experience engaging with academic and/or research partners is an asset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information clearly for diverse audiences • Strong attention to detail in reviewing project documentation and providing technical feedback • Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and cultures • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with sound judgment, initiative, and confidence • Availability and willingness to travel internationally as required, approximately once per year, including to higher-risk environments • Independent contractor or consultant status; specific deliverables, timelines, level of effort, and duration defined by contract or terms of reference
