📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering trust through proactive communication and reliability. • Lead strategic client calls, ensuring discussions are productive and directly tied to client goals. • Collaborate with internal practice leads (e.g., paid media, SEO) to develop integrated strategies and reporting presentations. • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations confidently and clearly. • Manage client projects using Asana, assigning tasks and ensuring all deadlines are met. • Coordinate and review work from internal specialists to ensure all deliverables are client-ready. • Oversee monthly reporting, compiling insights and ensuring accuracy. • Monitor account performance in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, identifying opportunities or issues. • Track portfolio growth and identify potential for account retention and expansion. • Ensure all work is delivered within the contracted scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment • Strong foundational understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, or similar • Ability to lead meetings and present information to clients in a clear, consultative manner • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions
