📋 Description

• This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a strategic and data-driven Social Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize their paid social campaigns. They are a leading information services platform in the commercial real estate sector, recognized for their significant growth and industry-shaping digital products over the past several years. • Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage paid social advertising campaigns primarily across Meta and LinkedIn platforms. Craft and implement advertising strategies designed to build high-quality email lists through targeted funnel initiatives. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-informed optimizations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Manage the advertising budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI. Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between paid social efforts and broader marketing objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience managing paid social campaigns with a significant portion dedicated to Meta and LinkedIn. A demonstrable portfolio of successful campaigns focused on lead generation and email list building. Deep familiarity with the respective ad managers for Meta and LinkedIn, including their tracking and pixel implementation requirements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and present findings clearly. Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated social media advertising role. A track record of managing monthly ad budgets and delivering a positive return on ad spend. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
