🎯 Requirements

• High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English. • Proven experience with online research and data entry tasks. • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. • Familiarity with research tools such as LexisNexis, LandVision, or similar public record databases is a significant advantage. • Prior experience or a background in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. • Proficiency with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
