📋 Description
• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Ensure the location meets statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental requirements • Enhance Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and service and consistently exceed client and customer expectations • Manage the day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams • Manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Act as the main point of contact for the school client and recommend and implement adjustments and improvements • Communicate regularly with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Support and train teams, ensure training is completed and manage performance
🎯 Requirements
• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults • Ability to work 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during term time • Knowledge and compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures
