📋 Description

• Manage accounting services within the department, including budgets, financial reports, and analysis • Develop financial models, projections, and forecasts for staffing levels, teaching costs, clinical service projections, affiliated hospital, and managed care operations • Monitor various revenue streams • Manage support staff operations as needed • Coordinate financial billing requirements and reports • Review and recommend operational policies and procedures • Provide support to office functions as necessary • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education • 3 years of relevant experience • No specific certification/professional license required • Driver’s license is not required • Ability to perform duties consistently with WashU’s core mission and guiding principles • Accounting knowledge • Billing knowledge • Billing software knowledge • Finance knowledge • Financial analysis • Interpersonal communication • Oral communication • Organizational savvy • Prioritization • Workload management • Written communication
