• Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness • Perform electrical, mechanical, and HVAC controls verification (L2–L5) • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems, including controls and automation components, on-site • Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism • Complete service reports, track issues, and support continuous improvement
• 7+ years of experience in HVAC field service, commissioning, HVAC controls, or industrial/mechanical systems • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems • Experience with HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), BACnet, Modbus, PLCs, or similar control platforms is highly preferred • Experience with commissioning/start-up is a plus • Willingness to travel frequently (50–80%) • Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
