📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish • Calibrate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right candidates • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for skilled trades and office roles • Conduct phone and virtual interviews • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process • Schedule and coordinate interviews quickly and accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within a high-volume recruitment environment • Strong background in account management with proven relationship-building and client communication skills • Proficient in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience • Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal • Comfortable working in the U.S. time zone • Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a contingency plan for power or internet disruptions • No current employment with direct competitors
