📋 Description

• Engage directly with business partners and consumers to identify market needs and drive measurable business outcomes through strategic partnerships • Manage partner execution across pilots, test programs, and full launches • Establish and maintain operating cadences, including bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews • Serve as the point of contact for referral partners • Build and maintain project plans, contact lists, and reporting schedules • Define success metrics and deliver actionable performance reporting • Champion partner needs cross-functionally and prioritize partner-related features and initiatives • Evaluate program progress and communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and improve processes, tools, and documentation • Understand RepairPal's monetization systems to ensure referrals are accurately tracked and monetized • Travel as required, up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing strategic accounts, partners, programs, or projects • Experience in or passion for the automotive industry and auto-related technology is a bonus • Comfortable with up to 50% travel across the US • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving results • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience building reports and deriving actionable insights from data • High level of professionalism, integrity, and business maturity • Self-motivated, assertive, and energetic • Curiosity about systems, products, and businesses • Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus
