📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional email-based support to Yelp users and business owners • Meet quality and productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Investigate challenging issues, advocate for users, and find thoughtful solutions • Build expertise in Yelp’s products, policies, and processes • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and team processes • Take ownership of work and seek opportunities to exceed expectations • Support users with account access, business page claiming, and other questions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least one year of work experience • Enthusiasm for Yelp’s mission and passion for exceptional customer service • Excellent written communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong self-motivation, personal accountability, and ownership • Ability to be a positive, dependable, and collaborative teammate • Openness to feedback and desire to continuously learn and improve • Comfort working in a goal-driven environment where quality and productivity matter • Track record of maintaining high standards and exceeding expectations • Availability during department core hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time • Must be based in the United States
