📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by building new alternative data products spanning entire sectors or financial verticals • Explore and evaluate new datasets for potential commercialization • Work closely with the Partnerships team to direct sourcing of new datasets and build relationships with prospective data partners • Understand user workflows, problems, and needs through client interviews and collaboration with the Revenue team • Drive product strategy that creates value on top of YipitData's data and research • Communicate progress and roadmaps upward and outward • Potentially manage or build out a team of Product Development Analysts • Drive discovery, development, implementation, and improvement of YipitData products focused on clients’ data experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of alternative data experience, including evaluating, sourcing, and working with multiple datasets • Successfully developed new alt-data research or feed products with measurable impact • Client-facing or buy-side exposure and a strong understanding of financial client needs • Customer-centric product thinking using data and feedback to guide high-impact decisions • Track record of product innovation, prioritization, and rapid iterative execution • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence and motivate others • Understanding of the underlying technology of data collection, storage, delivery, and consumption • Transparency and clear progress communication • East Coast work hours • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship • Fully remote within the United States
