📋 Description

• Test Planning and Execution. Develop comprehensive test plans covering manual, automated, and performance testing based on an understanding of product requirements and business processes. • Automated Testing, Performance and Stress Testing. Be able to create and maintain efficient automated testing frameworks, writing test scripts and implementing automated testing processes. • Defect Management and Communication Collaboration. Accurately record and track defects found during testing. Maintain close communication with cross-functional team members, collaborate to solve problems during testing, and promote the smooth progress of projects. • Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites for Android and IOS mobile applications. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable test automation solutions. • Participate in code reviews and help improve overall test coverage and automation strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related majors • Solid computer foundation and programming skills, familiar with common data structures and algorithms. • Excellent in one of the following languages: Golang/Java/Python. • Familiarity with one of the open source components: MySQL/Redis/Message Queue/NoSQL. • Working knowledge of mobile OS such as Android and IOS. • Experience with mobile application testing and developing automated test scripts: Android and IOS. • Proficient in Cross-Platform compatibility testing. • Experience with mobile automation frameworks: Appium / Espresso/ XCUI Test. • Experience using tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy and Firebase for debugging and performance monitoring. • Experience with identifying non-functional testing requirements for mobile applications. • Experience working with and setting up CI/CD pipelines for test automation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent logic analysis capabilities, able to abstract and split business logic reasonably. • Strong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver independently while also collaborating effectively.
