• Own YO’s community strategy end-to-end, shaping engagement with users, developers, and advocates • Build and activate a world-class community that accelerates YO’s adoption and amplifies our mission across the crypto ecosystem • Grow and empower the next generation of on-chain users • Design and execute a community strategy that drives engagement, education, and evangelism • Start with us from ground zero

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community, marketing, or ecosystem roles in crypto or web3 • Deep familiarity with crypto culture, DeFi, and major ecosystems (EVM & Solana) • You are obsessed with community-led growth and build programs that scale • Proven success managing and growing online communities (Discord, X, Telegram), running campaigns, and cultivating grassroots advocates • Experience organizing digital and IRL community events, AMAs, and content initiatives • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups • Passion for protocol infrastructure, DeFi education, and building meaningful user experiences
