• Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Lead full-cycle recruitment for Yokly’s business units. • Headhunt top-tier candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.). • Develop and execute sourcing campaigns that attract passive talent and diverse profiles. • Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles. • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs. • Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess both skills and culture fit. • Coordinate assessments, portfolio reviews, and background checks as needed. • Maintain consistent communication and deliver a seamless candidate experience. • Support onboarding and ensure a warm, engaging welcome for every new hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. • at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in outsourcing, BPO, or remote staffing. • Proven head-hunting skills and comfort engaging passive talent via LinkedIn and digital communities. • Familiarity with ATS systems and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.). • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach. • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling candidate data.
