📋 Description

• Implement and sustain cloud data platforms and industrial data solutions end‑to‑end • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet customer outcomes and SLAs • Execute internal design, system build, and testing in support of solution road map • Develop and maintain documentation for pre/post‑implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or Equivalent Level of experience • Experience in providing customer support in an IT solutions environment • Familiarity with cloud data engineering and industrial data systems concepts • Experience working with cloud products and technologies • Familiarity with Relational Databases (e.g, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Familiarity with time-series data management • Knowledge of industrial protocols and data historians; (e.g., OPC DA/UA, MQTT, Modbus, COM/DCOM) • Experience with OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System a plus • Programming skills across various languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and architectures a plus • Experience providing training to small groups a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Willingness and ability to learn new tools quickly • Empathy to customers reporting software issues • Understanding of energy‑sector operations, particularly within oil & gas, refining, and petrochemical environments a plus • Ability to work well in a virtual team environment under supervision and willingness to assist others.
