📋 Description

• Sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering - helping customers get the most out of Yoodli • Thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value • Support customers through onboarding and integrations • Tackle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets to keep things moving • Become a trusted advocate for our users - translating their real-world needs into product insights and building scalable processes that level up the entire customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment • 1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accounts • Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch • Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
