• Engage with prospective students through timely, supportive follow-up on warm leads and inquiries • Build trust, gain insights and develop a deeper understanding of individual goals • Support students through the full application journey from initial interest through to registration and course access • Represent the university at recruitment events • Ensure compliance in admissions data collection and processes • Manage multiple prospective students at different stages of the admissions cycle while maintaining detailed and accurate records in CRM systems
