📋 Description

• Provide technical coordination and support before and during virtual classroom sessions • Manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls • Answer learner questions, create and distribute links, troubleshoot issues, and take attendance

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to provide technical support to any students joining the session one hour before a class session • Respond to all non-urgent items related to scheduled class sessions in less than 24 hours • Strong communication capabilities to enable seamless information transfer between Instructors and service providers
