📋 Description

• Manage and deliver large- and small-scale SAP SuccessFactors IT projects from planning through closure • Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned projects • Direct project activities to meet client expectations and budgeted financial objectives • Track project costs, schedule progress, and prepare cost-to-complete reports • Create project plans, kickoff presentations, forecasts, resource plans, and sales-to-delivery handoffs • Maintain project documentation and deliver project progress reports • Conduct internal project review meetings and perform final deliverable reviews • Monitor deliverable quality, timelines, and budget compliance • Identify and mitigate project risks • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource forecasts • Manage project scope and change-management activities • Lead client communications and serve as the primary interface for schedule, budget, and scope • Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders • Support proposals by providing estimates for support activities • Identify organic growth opportunities with clients • Coordinate and direct project staff and maintain a positive team environment • Coach, counsel, and mentor project team members • Identify and help determine resources needed for potential projects • Manage client escalations, negotiations, quality, costs, and service delivery • Lead, mentor, and support project managers delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing projects, including defining project scope and budget, creating project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and status reporting • 5 or more years of experience with PMO team management, sales support, quality control, account management, operations management, team management, and simultaneous project management • Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors full-suite implementations • Experience managing ECP payroll implementations • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet • Experience using resource and financial management tools such as Oracle and Salesforce • US Citizen • Able to pass background checks and public trust clearance if/when needed • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to mentor project teams and share knowledge with customers • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced problem-solving environment • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external organizations • Ability to multitask across multiple technical projects and daily project operations • Preferred: experience implementing EC for existing SAP ECC Payroll customers remaining on ECC Payroll • Preferred: experience with ECC Payroll to ECP Payroll implementations • Willingness to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies • Knowledge of current HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future systems and process trends • Plus: experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM/Payroll or SuccessFactors modules • Plus: ability to elicit and document business requirements • Plus: knowledge of technical data processing procedures, policies, and best practices
