📋 Description

• Support the DLA Disposition Integration Web (DIW) Program • Own incidents end-to-end in ServiceNow from intake through customer closure • Manage Incident, Change Management, and Configuration/Release Management tickets • Investigate and engineer solutions for complex or escalated tickets • Triage and prioritize the ticket backlog and reduce open tickets • Mentor and provide technical direction to the Mid-Level Functional Analyst • Analyze user needs and determine functional and cross-functional requirements • Participate in WBS/POA&M development and execution • Perform component, upgrade, enhancement, capacity, interface, site-expansion, performance, regression, stress, and integration testing • Develop Test Plans covering positive and negative conditions, error handling, and performance stress testing • Assist with Functional Specifications using Agency templates and naming conventions • Support Configuration Management processes and Configuration Control Boards • Gather requirements and maintain design-documentation traceability • Support cost-estimating processes • Recommend application performance improvements • Coordinate with system/database administrators to resolve production and sustainment issues • Respond to production issues and assist with service recovery or restart

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant functional/business analysis and IT service management experience, including incident/problem management and solution engineering • Ownership of the full incident/ticket lifecycle in ServiceNow • ServiceNow ticket management across Incident, Change Management, and Configuration/Release Management modules • Root-cause investigation and strong troubleshooting technique • Solution engineering with working awareness of underlying application/code logic • Ability to triage and prioritize open-ticket backlogs and drive tickets to closure • Ability to lead and mentor a mid-level analyst • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / POA&M development, tracking, and on-time execution • Software testing experience: component/module, upgrade and enhancement, capacity, interface, performance, regression, stress, and integration testing • Test Plan development mapped to government-approved Functional Specifications • Functional Specifications documentation using Agency templates and standard naming conventions • Configuration Management support and participation in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) • Functional, technical, and interface requirements gathering and design-documentation traceability • Cost-estimating support • Strong written and verbal communication with Government PMO stakeholders and end users • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 8+ years of relevant experience • US citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher security clearance • ITIL 4 Foundation or higher, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and CBAP are preferred
