📋 Description
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts • Maintain a consistent posting schedule of 4–5+ posts per week • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals • Develop content ideas, captions, and short-form video concepts • Edit and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, LinkedIn posts, and carousel content • Organize and manage photo and video assets • Provide filming guidance when needed • Identify trends, viral content opportunities, and platform best practices • Manage ManyChat automations for engagement and lead generation • Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years managing social media for a brand, business, healthcare practice, or public figure • Proven experience growing social media accounts and driving measurable results • Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar software • Experience using ManyChat or similar automation tools • Excellent written English skills • Highly organized and able to work independently • Portfolio required, including examples of content and results achieved
