📋 Description

• You'll evolve our design system end-to-end (components, tokens, patterns, and documentation) • You'll bridge design and implementation directly, writing and reviewing production-ready HTML, CSS, and React • You'll define quality standards for interaction, accessibility, and visual consistency across the product • You'll run systematic audits and build tooling that surfaces gaps between design intent and the live product • You'll mentor designers with structured, specific feedback • You'll draw clear, concrete lines between craft decisions and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time in growth or experimentation-focused roles • A track record of shipping experiments that worked • Hands-on design system experience at scale • Front-end fluency • Strong systems thinking • A collaborative, cross-functional orientation
