• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Contribute to lead generation and pipeline development initiatives • Assist in audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and marketing funnel optimization • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis • Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives • Assist in content creation, optimization, and distribution strategies • Support lead nurturing and customer engagement programs • Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns and workflows • Support outbound prospecting initiatives through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels • Build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms • Leverage Generative AI tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency
• MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions • Strong academic performance preferred • 0–1 year of professional experience • Freshers with relevant internships, projects, startup experiences, or extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity • Strong ownership mindset and execution ability • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Attention to detail and structured thinking • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
