📋 Description

• Design and own automated test frameworks across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing • Lead test strategy and planning for major product releases in collaboration with Engineering and Product • Mentor junior quality engineers and elevate quality practices across the team • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage and reliability • Track quality metrics, surface trends, and drive systemic improvements in defect prevention • Contribute to quality engineering standards and tooling decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quality engineering experience with deep expertise in test automation • Expert proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, quality-first mindset • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Position is not currently eligible for visa sponsorship or visa transfers • Must be based in the United States, excluding California and Massachusetts
