📋 Description
• Source tech and non-tech specialists — from Middle to C-level — across both Ukrainian and international markets. • Use a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms to attract the best talent. • Analyze the market and continuously expand the database of potential donor companies. • Conduct market research aligned with hiring goals and business priorities. • Collaborate with the recruiter and hiring manager to develop effective sourcing strategies. • Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS system. • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a Talent Sourcer role • Proven experience sourcing for both tech and non-tech positions • Strong command of modern sourcing techniques — Boolean Search, X-Ray, social media platforms, professional communities, etc. • Excellent copywriting skills for crafting personalized and engaging outreach messages to candidates • Solid understanding of IT specializations and software development methodologies • Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously • English level: Intermediate+
